Site owner

This website, glauc.cat (the “Site”), is owned by Glauc Fornés Gil, a logistics professional based near Barcelona (Spain). You can reach the owner through the Site’s contact form.

No purchase or payment takes place on the Site. It offers free calculation tools for logistics professionals, a quiz classroom for teachers, an AI assistant in trial, field notes and information about the owner’s professional trajectory. Services for training centres (reports, session history, own question banks) are agreed outside the Site, by direct contact, and are governed by their own agreement.

Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern access to and use of the Site. Access is free of charge and implies acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

Use of the calculation tools

The Site’s tools (calculators, converters, references and the public API) serve an exclusively informational and orientative purpose. They are based on market conventions and public normative texts, made explicit in each tool.

Results do not constitute legal, tax or commercial advice, and they replace neither contracted tariffs, nor the official text of any rules, nor professional judgement. The owner does not guarantee that results will match any carrier’s invoicing or any court’s interpretation, and accepts no liability for decisions taken on the basis of these results.

The tools run entirely in the user’s browser and neither send nor store any data entered. The public API is offered without any guarantee of service or availability.

Intellectual property and trademarks

The Site’s contents (texts, design, tool code) are owned by Glauc Fornés Gil unless stated otherwise. Personal and professional use is permitted, including quoting with a link; mass reproduction or resale without authorization is not.

“Incoterms” is a registered trademark of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). References to FIATA, TT Club, IATA and other organizations are purely informational; the Site is an independent educational reference with no official affiliation to these entities. Stock photography and video come from image libraries under commercial-use licences.

The Site links to third-party websites (press, organizations, professional networks). The owner is not responsible for the content or policies of those sites.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law and applicable European Union legislation, including Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE). Any dispute will be subject to the courts with jurisdiction under the law.

Quiz classroom and AI assistant

The classroom (“Classroom” section) lets a teacher create an anonymous quiz room that deletes itself twelve hours after creation. It requires no account, issues no certificates and is not official training: it is support material whose accuracy the teacher must verify. Use in class, including supervision of students, is the responsibility of the teacher or the centre.

The AI assistant (“Assistant” section) is offered as a trial, limited in the number of questions per visitor and day, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice. Answers are generated automatically by a language model from Auriga Intelligence, may contain errors and do not constitute legal, tax or commercial advice.
